SEF is Looking to Fill Two New Positions

The Social Enterprise Fund is thrilled to announce two new opportunities as we continue to expand our impact in the year ahead: a Client & Operations Advisor and an Administrative Coordinator.

We’re seeking team members who are naturally organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in collaborative environments where service to others is at the heart of what we do.

The Administrative Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to both SEF and ECDC, playing a key role in coordinating meetings, maintaining records and databases, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, excels at managing multiple priorities, and brings a positive, solutions-focused approach to supporting a mission-driven team.

The Client & Operations Advisor will support the operational management of SEF’s financing activities, investment portfolio, and client relationships. This role combines detail-oriented execution with collaborative problem-solving, overseeing portfolio processes from intake through monitoring while maintaining the high-quality data and systems that inform risk management and strategic decision-making. This position is perfect for someone who is energized by putting capital to work for community benefit and enjoys balancing people, process, and numbers.
