Financing
The SEF provides flexible financing for non-profit organizations in Edmonton and area to support the development of social enterprise (SE) and social and affordable housing projects. Loans are near prime, repayable (not forgivable) and, above all else, are designed with your mission and plan in mind.
Loans for housing projects will be short term, designed to bridge to conventional and other sources of financing, and may be used for construction, renovation or the purchase of property.
Loans for social enterprise are available for either start-up of new, or expansion of existing, social enterprises. These loans may be used to finance operating and equipment needs, building purchases and even the purchase of a franchise.
The possibilities are unlimited.
